If you have ever seen THE BEAT FREAKS perform, you will see that they are greatly inspired from Michael Jackson.  This is a clip I found from one of their fans.

There is one thing that Michael Jackson and THE BEAT FREAKS have in common. It is their concept of time and groove. From a musician’s perspective: backbeat and pocket.

Every time I’ve seen THE BEAT FREAKS perform, it is musically inspiring. Every move is perfectly in time, and also perfectly late, giving a sense of swing that a drummer or bass player may have – and that’s groove! I am not a dancer. However, I do know enough to appreciate dance as an art – a musical art.

However, harmony is a different thing…  Rino & Maryss may have to work on their harmonies
